The Best Day Ever.
Have you ever experienced
the best day ever? You know, one of those days when something you never thought will happen finally happened that day. I know, best day evers are
legit. It could be winning a lottery, maybe or even suddenly you got asked out by the boy of your dreams.. LOL
In my wildest dreams of being a Justin Bieber fan, I never even dreamed of seeing him live in concert...
It was just surreal and amazing, I don't know anymore words to describe an amazing 17 year old kid who's already touring the world, and most of his shows are all
sold out.
I figured it would be tough to get the tickets, but I never stopped praying and hoping. Someone queued the tickets for me (if I live in Jakarta, I would do it myself, but... I don't, so yeah). My mom was asking me to look at Twitter and see what's pretty much going on out there, since there's no other way (Twitter is a beast).
Okay, long story short..
I GOT THE TICKETS. At 1 PM-ish my mom called me. She said the most wonderful thing anyone could ever say to me.. she said..
"Hey!! You've got the tickets!!"
You wanna know my reaction? Here's somethings I did...
First I went like...
Then, my friend (who just apparently was chillin' with me in my house went like...)
Then we were freaking out like...
I know, we were stupidly stupid! But its the Justin Drew Bieber we're talking about right now!! Like, hello? Its not everyday we get to see that boy from a small town who just started out with a YouTube!! The one who sings "baby, baby, baby".. the one who I have ever dreamed of meeting! Now I am about to see him in person! Just writing these words gives me the goosebumps. Okay, lets continue... (and sorry for exaggerating, but that's just me! *shrugs*)
Since that day, I've been counting the days, I got the tickets from January and the concert was at April!! I know right. Its so long and I have to wait for 4 freaking months. Waiting is never easy, especially if me, a girl that really gets bored easily has to wait for something so frickin' exciting just like this.
Days turned to months, and its finally THAT time!! No, not the Justin Bieber concert. The time I have to leave Samarinda (to Jakarta) for the concert, duh! It was Wednesday and I have to do something at school so I leaved early from school. I was psyched! I was listening to Justin Bieber on the plane and just thinking how awesome the songs would sound if Justin performed it live...
The day before the concert, I checked out the concert place. The concert took place at SICC (Sentul International Convention Center) and let me tell ya something, it. is. HUGE. It can hold 10.000 people at once! Well I didn't come in at that time, I just saw it from the outside, but I was still mortified.
On the way home, I was checking my phone and logged in to Twitter. I saw @
onyitkawanku tweeting about Justin arriving at Soekarno-Hatta airport. Me and my cousin was reading their timeline like a fool, they were tweeting from the airport. They said that there were many girls there, and Justin and his crew's luggage has already arrived. They said the suitcases are all purple! How epic is that?
I was at the car and I was getting goosebumps. Oh gosh, Justin Bieber is gonna be arriving so soon! They tweeted again that this airplane from Malaysia just arrived. Could this be... Justin Bieber's plane? I hope so. Even though I wasn't at the airport I felt the excitement too. I bet those Beliebers waiting at the airport are crying their eyes out that moment, I know I would. :P
Then.. suddenly Onyit tweeted out that Justin has arrived! Justin and Selena! Wait.. Kenny too! I was practically hyperventilating inside the car, my cousin was too. We are both big fans of Justin Bieber! And imagine that.. he's in one town as we are! Its unbelievable because.. umm, I'm usually SO far away from Justin and I can only "stalk" his tweets (lol) to find out where he is at the moment. :)
Well, I guess I will continue this story on another post since this one is already full.. ;) see ya around!
